On November 25, 2025, the Connellsville LEO Club held its annual Induction and Officer Installation Ceremony, marking a special milestone in the club’s journey. Now in its fifth year, the Connellsville LEO Club continues to grow as a strong and active force of youth-led service within Connellsville High School and the greater Connellsville community.
This year's ceremony celebrated the addition of 16 new members, each stepping forward to serve their school, community, and the world as part of the global Lions network. The newly inducted members include:
Madyson Renzi, Megan Flynn, Kaidyn Kinzler, Isabella Nussbaumer, Avery Lake, Eva Nicholson, Addison Swank, Danica Yoder, Trinity Moore, Jordyn Ranker, Madison Hardy, Addison Richter, Katelin Nicholson, Alicia Richter, Addison Hoover, and Jadelyn Thomas.
These students join a legacy of service, compassion, and leadership, working closely with the Connellsville Lions Club to bring positive change to the community through a variety of hands-on projects.
Also recognized during the ceremony were the newly installed club officers, who will lead the Connellsville LEOs through the upcoming year. Standing proudly with Lions Club President Sarah McGinley, District 14-M Leo Club Co-Coordinator Phyllis Kovall, and LEO Club Advisor Lori Wiltrout were officers:

- Mayella Saxon - Connellsville LEO Club Vice-President
- Sophia Pleva - Connellsville LEO Club Treasurer
- Ellie DeBolt - Connellsville LEO Club Secretary
This induction also included the club liaison, Olivia King, supporting the incoming members as they received their certificates. An apparent atmosphere within the club was also palpable. The Connellsville LEO Club induction is more than a formality - it is a commitment to service, to one another, and to the core values that the Lions and LEOs stand for: leadership, experience, and opportunity.
As the Connellsville LEO Club enters its fifth year, its energy, heart, and dedication continue to shine as a beacon of youth empowerment in Connellsville.
